What is a General Report?
The ‘General’ report displays detailed charge level information and allows the user to group the report data by the following:
- Location
- Provider
- Resource
- Plan
- Reference Provider
Each report is divided into subsections and each subsection has its own subtotals. There are grand totals for the entire practice at the end.
Data can be searched according to the following:
- Location
- Provider
- Plan
- Reference Provider
This can be done by selecting choices from the corresponding drop-down menus to modify search parameters. User’s selections in these fields modify what data is generated and displayed in the reports.
Also, data can be grouped by the following:
- Location
- Payor Mix
- Provider
- Reference Provider
- Resource
This determines the manner of organization of data in the report.
To generate this report, follow the workflow mentioned above and select ‘General’.
