New Report to View Payments Posted Through Collection Agencies

What’s New

• A new report titled Collections by Agency is added to the Reports module.

• The report displays payments collected through third-party collection agencies.

• Collection data is grouped and summarized by agency where applicable.

• Multiple filters are available to refine and analyze report results.

How It Works 

• Log in to the application.

• Navigate to the Reports module.

• Select the Patient category.

• Open the Collections by Agency report.

• Apply filters as needed to refine the data:

  • Provider

  • Location

  • Date of Service

  • Payment Date

  • Agency

• Review the report output showing total amounts collected and agency-level breakdowns.
