How to Enable EPCS for a Practice in CureMD’s Application?
To enable EPCS for a practice, the practice user needs to get in touch with the CureMD support staff by creating a Support Ticket. They can mention EPCS Enrollment in the Subject line and give additional information such as provider’s name and additional queries in the description.
Practice users can also send an email to ‘addonservices@curemd.com’ to get enlisted for EPCS service. The support shall make the requisite checks at their end regarding EPCS service enrollment and get back to the practice user promptly.
Once the support confirms EPCS enrollment and payment, the practice user can log onto the Surescripts Portal to authorize providers to get access to the EPCS service.
