What’s New
The Patient-Centered Disability Questionnaire (LOINC 98067-2) has been added to the available Assessments list in Patient > Clinical > Assessments. Users can now open and complete this standardized questionnaire directly from within the patient record. Each response is automatically associated with the appropriate LOINC codes, ensuring accurate and interoperable documentation.
The questionnaire requires no additional setup or configuration and functions consistently with other existing assessments in the system.
How It Works

Open the patient record.

Navigate to Clinical → Assessments.

From the list of available assessments, select Patient-Centered Disability Questionnaire (LOINC 98067-2).

Complete the questionnaire by entering responses for each question.

Save the form. All entered responses are automatically linked to their corresponding LOINC codes and stored in the patient chart.

The form is ready for use immediately and does not require any setup or configuration.
