What is a C4 Report?
Reports > Claims > C4
C4 report is based on the ‘Worker’s Compensation’ claim form. It extracts data on C4 claims based on search criteria provided by the user.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘C4’ screen.
Select the required search criteria and click ‘Search’. The records meeting the search criteria will be displayed.
Users can click ‘Preview’ if they do not want to print the report.
