Bit Based Overriding Names in Review of Systems Data Templates

What’s New
The user opens Settings and navigates to Data Templates > Review of Systems, selects a data template, and in the editor observes the checkbox labelled “Display template name as component header in SOAP,” which is unchecked by default to preserve existing behavior. The user checks the option, saves the template, and during a SOAP note the selected template name appears as the section header, giving practices control over consistent note formatting.
