Data Template Names Override “Review of Systems” Subheading in Provider Notes

What’s New
The user opens a provider note and adds the Review of Systems component using a customized data template. If the template is named “Detailed Review of Systems” the subheading within the note displays “Detailed Review of Systems” instead of the default “Review of Systems” title. This behavior only applies to newly added Review of Systems components, ensuring that existing notes remain unchanged.
