How to Access the Plan Aging by Patient Report?

This report organizes the outstanding plan balance information. Within each plan section, the report organization is sorted alphabetically by plan and then alphabetically by patient.

Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Plan Aging by Patient’ screen.

Select the required search criteria and click ‘Search’.

The results will be displayed. Click ‘Print All’ to run the report.

Furthermore, user can view the total count of records i.e. appointments in the ‘Plan Aging by Patient Report’. Total Appointments count is displayed in the report to determine how many claims are outstanding.
