How to Record Adverse Event Details?

The adverse side effects suffered by a patient  such as nausea, reduced blood pressure or vomiting can be documented along with the details easily by clicking on the blue “Adverse Events” link. This will open up the Adverse Events window.

User can search for any adverse event using the search bar and click on Done button to save the changes made.
By clicking on the Star alongside the adversity, user can mark it favorite and it will appear on the top of the screen.

After saving the changes user can view the encounter with the Adverse Events link.
