How to View Provider Note Log?
Patient > Provider Note
Provider Note Log keeps track of all the changes made in the components of the note over time. If user makes changes in any component of the already made provider note, the action gets recorded in the Provider Note Log as Updated under the Action column.
The log displays details such as:
1. Date and time of when a change in the note was made
2. The user who made that change
3. Status of the change
If user marks the ‘Transmit to DAISEY’ checkbox while creating a provider note then this activity is recorded in the Provider note log. 
A log is created with ‘Action’ as ‘Transmit to DAISEY.’
