How to Enable/Disable Defaults of D.R., M.O.D. and R.D?

For Dermatology users, there’s a preference setting to auto review assessment and plan component option. This helps facilitate user not to mark options manually every time for dermatology patients hence saving time and effort.
Personal > My Preferences
In order to enable this setting, “Dermatology” component is visible in the left tree menu.
NOTE:
It appears only for the users who have dermatology module enabled.
