How to eFax Lab Results?
Personal > Orders & Results > Labs
To send lab results via ‘eFax’, follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Received Results’ screen. Enable checkbox against the required result to select it. Hover on ‘Result’ to display dropdown menu. Click on ‘Fax’.
The Fax, pop-up window is displayed. Users can either enter the recipients’ fax number manually or click on the ‘To’ link to search through fax directory. The document is attached by default. After composing fax message, click on ‘Send’ button.
A disclaimer message is displayed. Click on ‘I Agree’ to continue.
The fax message status window is displayed. Here, status of the fax message is shown after processing is done.
