‘Birth History’ section enables user to record all the details before and during the birth. This section has three tabs: Prenatal,Antenatal and Natal.
The Prenatal section can be used to record information from the patient’s parents..
The Antenatal section is used to record information regarding the ‘Maternal Obstetric History’ and ‘Fetal Measurements’.
The ‘Natal’ section is used to record information regarding the delivery, measurements of the baby, mother and baby’s blood types and problems encountered during birth.
