How to Track an e-Prescription?
Personal > eRx > NewRx Activity
To check the status of a new Rx activity, follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘NewRx Activity’ screen.
Search for a specific patient’s Rx activity by inserting search parameters and click on ‘Search’ button.
The results will be displayed according to the search criteria.
