How to Enable/Disable Settings for Custom Referral
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR
A checkbox “Custom Referral Reasons” has been added to the Settings Module in EHR. If this checkbox is checked, the system behaves as per current functionality. Referral Reason also acts as an open textbox for the user, with no drop-down.
If this checkbox is unchecked, a new permission checkbox “Add Referral Reason” is available in Role/User permissions. Checking this box displays a list of referral reasons available for the user.
