How to Enable Address Period on Patient Demographics?
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR
The start year of the patient’s current address can be recorded in patient demographics.
This allows users to determine the effective period of the address.
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘EHR’ page.
Under the ‘Patient Demographics’ section, the system displays the ‘Address Period’ checkbox.
Enable the checkbox to record the start year of the patient’s current address in the patient profile.
