How to Insert Stamp on Provider Note?

The users now have the option to insert time stamp with the different components of the Provider Note.

The user clicks on the blank space on the provider note and a blinking cursor appears.

Now, when the user clicks on the time stamp icon located on the upper right side, the current date and time is added.
