What is the Purpose of Review Note?
Patient > Provider Notes
Clicking on “Review Note” will bring forth a popup which will ask you if you want to review or have your provider note reviewed by someone in the practice. Any comments that need to be put in can be placed in the comments box. Click on OK once you’re finished.
