How to Save Dermatology Note Template?
Patient > Provider Notes > Current Provider Note
NOTE:
This feature is only available for Dermatology Components ROS, PE and Assessment and Plan
Users can save a Signed Dermatology Note as a template so that they can re-use that note template whenever required for any other patient.
After creating a note, Sign it and check the Save as Template checkbox. Save the note again.
Save as Template
Now, this template is saved and it will appear in the Note template dropdown menu when you create a note next time. Please note that this template can not be modified.
NOTE:
This change will not be applicable for Prescription on Assessment and Plan i.e. the user will have to add new prescription when the template is reused. And, this change will also not be applicable for Physical Exam body chart i.e. the user will have to add new marks when the template is reused.
