How to Update Demographics?

Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on ‘Registration Requests’ tab.

Here, user can approve or reject a request sent by a patient portal user to update the demographics.

In order to do this, user can mark the checkbox next to the desired patient’s name and click ‘Accept’ to accept the request and ‘Reject’ to decline the request.

Patient portal requests can be filtered on the basis of location. 

Click on the ‘Location’ dropdown.

Check the box next to a location or multiple locations and click ‘Search’. The system displays requests registered with the desired location/locations.
