How to Restrict Users from Assigning Tasks to Roles?
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR
User navigates to ‘EHR’ practice settings in the ‘Settings’ module. ‘Hide roles on Task Assignment window’ checkbox is displayed under ‘General’ section.
By default, this option is not checked. On selecting the ‘Hide roles on task assignment’ checkbox, users are restricted from assigning tasks to complete roles.
