How to Request a Medication Refill on Patient Portal?
When a medication is prescribed, it is listed in the ‘Medications/Refills’ tab of the ‘Clinical’ section.
Users can request a refill for a medication through patient portal.
Click the ‘Clinical’ module button on top of the screen to enter the ‘Clinical’ module.
On the ‘Clinical’ page, click ‘Medications/Refills’ link.
A pop-up appears for the number of refills. User can enter the number of refills required and click on ‘Save’. The refill request is sent to the practice automatically.
If user clicks ‘Save’ button without entering the number of refills, a pop-up is displayed to enter a valid refill value.
