How to View Certificate of Immunization?
Patient > Clinical > Immunization
Certificate of immunization can be viewed and printed for patients less than 21 years old.
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘Immunization Chart’ tab.
‘Certificate of Immunization’ (COI) button is displayed in the bar.
If more than one COI is configured for the practice, a menu is shown on clicking the button.
Clicking the desired option displays the relevant ‘Certificate of Immunization’ and allows user to print it.
NOTE:
If patient is above the age of 21, the ‘Certificate of Immunization’ button is disabled and greyed out.
