How to Delete a Radiology Report?
Settings > EHR > Radiology
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land to land on the ‘Radiology’ screen.
Enable the check box next to the Radiology report to be deleted.
Click ‘Delete’.
Once the report is deleted, a Transaction Log is maintained.
