How to Create a Disease Custom List?
Settings > EHR > Custom Lists > Disease
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘Disease Custom List’ screen.
Click ‘+List’ to enter the fields under ‘Disease Lists’.
Enter the Name and Description along with the Type from the drop down menu. Click ‘Save’ once done.
The Disease Custom list is added and displayed.
