How to Add a Care Program Template?
Settings > EHR > Care Program Templates
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Care Program Templates’ screen.
Click ‘Add’ to insert the template name and condition.
Enter the Template Name and select the Condition from the drop down menu. Click ‘Save’ once done.
