How to Generate Risk Factor Layout and exclude Submitted Providers in HIS Batch Reports?
Patient > Select patient > Profile > Preferences > Reports
The user is now able to generate Risk Factor layout for their monthly batch submissions to the state.
Navigate to HIS Batch. In the HIS Layout dropdown, the user is able to generate Risk Factor.
The system will not generate staff provider layouts that have already been generated in the past. Also, for encounter records, CPTs will not be considered.
