What is the Purpose of Message Section?

The Message section in tracking is used to track the status of all incoming and outgoing messages. These messages are based on the communication between two systems. There are two tabs in Message section.
- Inbound: All the incoming messages from other systems i.e. labs etc.
- Outbound: All the outgoing messages to other systems i.e. labs etc.
