What are Unprocessed Documents?

This section helps the user to track all the documents that have been received by an external source. The user is able to map these documents to relevant patient’s profile. The user can search for documents by date.

The user clicks on a file name and the File Mapping section is displayed. In this section, the user is able to search the relevant patient by:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Account Number
• SSN

By selecting the patient, user maps the file to that patient’s profile.
