How to Schedule a Patient via Patient Module?
Patient > Appointment > Scheduler
A patient can also be scheduled via Patient module. For this, user can expand the ‘Appointment’ bucket from the left tree menu and click ‘Scheduler’.
This requires the same steps as scheduling a patient from the ‘Scheduler’. For details on how to do that, click here.
An Inactive patient cannot be scheduled. Furthermore, the ‘Scheduler’ option under Appointment bucket is not visible for them.
