How to Register a New Patient?
CureMD KIOSK > Login > Identification > Profile
If the patient is not identified on the “Identify Yourself” screen, they can register by tapping the ‘Register Now’ button.
On the profile screen, the patient enters necessary personal information and taps the ‘Next’ button. The Middle Name and SSN fields are optional and can be skipped at the patient’s discretion.
The patient can capture a profile picture by choosing ‘Take Photo’ and using the device’s camera. Alternatively, they can skip this step by clicking the ‘Next’ button.
