The process for scheduling a ‘Reason Based Appointment’ is the same as that for scheduling a regular appointment. For information on how to schedule a regular appointment, click here.
Selecting a reason that is associated with an appointment reason group from the ‘Reason’ drop-down automatically fills the slot with the color associated with the reason group.
