What is a Reason Based Calendar?

‘Reason Based Calendar’ gives users the option to group appointments based on the Reason’s nature. For example, a practice has 50 appointment reasons and Adult Health Clinic is a reason group which has 5 of the 50 appointment reasons R1, R2, R3, R4 & R5. If user creates a 30 minute slot for Adult Health Clinic at 8:30 am, only appointments for reason R1, R2, R3, R4 & R5 can be scheduled from 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
Appointments for a particular reason group are specified in color coded slots. This helps limit the reasons within one appointment slot.
If a user dedicates a time slot for a particular reason, only appointments for that particular reason can be scheduled within that time frame.
Users can have more than one reason based time slots in a calendar.
Also, a practice can have a normal calendar changed to a reason based calendar. However, once changed, it cannot be reverted back to a normal calendar.
