How to Add Patient Comments in Chemotherapy Manager?

The Chemotherapy manager allows users to save comments via Patient Header.
Clicking on this link prompts the system to open Patient Comments pop-up. Users can record and delete their comments on this screen and ‘Add’ them in a patient profile.
