How are Patients Sorted in Hotlist?
Patient > Select a Patient
Patient Hot List is sorted alphabetically, according to patients’ last names.
Users can set the hot-list sorting from the My preferences settings. To see how it is done click here.
If the last names are same, patients are sorted according to their first names.
In case the last and first names are same, patients are sorted on the basis of recently used.
