What is Summary of Care Request and Availability Status?
Personal > Orders & Results > Summary of Care
Users can document if summary of care record is requested and available for a patient.
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Summary of Care’ screen. If users have requested the patient to provide summary of care record and it is available, enable the checkbox named ‘Summary of Care Requested and Available’.
Once some data for summary of care is added, the checkbox is automatically checked and disabled.
