For Denominator – 1: All patients aged 6 years and older with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS and a CD4 count below 200 cells/mm3 who had at least two visits during the measurement year, with at least 90 days in between each visit. To document lab test, navigate to Patient > Clinical > Lab  Moreover, the system requires visit codes to record encounters. In order to do that, navigate to Patient > Provider Notes > Create eSuperbill.  For Numerator: Patients who were prescribed Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia (PCP) prophylaxis within 3 months of CD4 count below 200 cells/mm3. To document medications, navigate to Patient > Provider Notes > Prescriptions
