What are Pending Orders in Others?
Personal > Order & Results > Other
The orders and results which are not classified under labs, procedures, radiology or consultation will be displayed in the ‘Other’ component.
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Completed Results’ screen.
Click ‘Pending Orders’ to display the tab.
This tab will display the following:
- Any order which has not been signed
- Orders awaiting results or with no result attached
Pending orders can be moved to the ‘Completed Results’ tab.
Once the results have been attached to orders, enable the checkbox against the required results and click ‘Mark as Completed’.
Results attached via interface are moved to the ‘Completed Results’ tab automatically.
