How to Add Vitals in Chemotherapy Manager?
Patient > Profile
Patient vitals can be added and viewed from the Patient Profile.
For that, click on Add in the Vitals tab on the patient Profile page.
From the ‘Add Vitals’ window, select the Date and Time and the values for the vitals recorded and then click on Add.
The system interrupts the user, if the value entered for a vital is out of range.
It will only proceed if the entered value for a vital is within the defined range.
