How to View Administered Immunizations?

Navigate to Personal Module and open Administration node from the left-tree menu. Open Immunizations and switch the tab to Administered Immunizations.

Immunization report can be extracted based on the immunization category. 

Users can select a category from the ‘Category’ dropdown. Then click the ‘Search’ button.
