NUMERATOR:

Patient visits with an assessment for suicide risk.

For Denominator:
All patient visits for those patients aged 6 through 17 years with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder are included in the denominator of this measure. To record diagnosis, go to ”’Patient > Provider Note > Diagnosis”’.

For Numerator:
Patient visits with an assessment for suicide risk are included in the numerator. To record risk assessment, navigate to ”’Patient > Clinical > Evaluations”’.
