How to Create a Charge against a Resource?

User can create charges against ‘Resources’ as well. If user is creating a charge against an appointment scheduled with a resource then resource and provider of resource will be automatically populated on charge, however user can change this information.

For quick charge, once the user selects a resource, provider resource automatically populates on the Charge page. However user can change provider of resource (Rendering Provider).
