How to Get Reconcile Demographics Alert?
Patient > Clinical > CCDA Tracking
Follow the workflow mentioned above to reach the ‘CCDA Tracking’ component.
Click ‘Reconciled’ to display the screen.
Click the required record to display the ‘Preview’ screen.
Reconcile TabThe ‘Reconcile Demographics Alert’ is displayed when users try to include/exclude demographics while reconciling a CCD for an existing patient.
Click ‘Yes’ to reconcile the demographics as well as clinical information. This action also overwrites existing demographics for the selected patient. Selecting ‘No’ reconciles only the clinical information.
