How to Unsign Chemo Order / Plan?
Patient > Dx/Chemo Plan > Unsign
If the user wants to modify the order after signing it, click on Unsign link at the top of the chemo order screen.
For a chemo order with no dependencies, the system will send a prompt message to confirm before unsigning the chemo order.
After this a message box will appear informing the user that the order was unsigned successfully.
NOTE:
A chemo orders cannot be unsigned if it has:
1. Associated appointments
2. Associated Rx. Administrations
3. Pre-authorization records
