How to Associate Trial Drugs?

New medical drugs have to be tested to ensure that they work and are safe before they can be prescribed.
To associate a Trial drug with a Chemo Order / Plan, click on the ‘Trial Drug’ link placed in the Drugs panel.

A new Trial Drug window opens up where users can specify the drug name, dose and route.
Mixing section allows the user to select a Solution and specify its volume and Infusion time.

Once user has filled in all the required fields, click on Ok button to proceed.  Recently added trial drug appears in the lower panel of drugs with its particular T icon.
