How to Auto-populate Review of Systems (ROS) in the Provider Note?
Patient > Provider Notes > Provider Notes
The user can set the ROS section of the Provider Note to be auto-populated. For this, settings need to be configured. Click here to see how to enable the settings.
Once a Provider Note is created, the ROS from patient’s last visit is auto-populated in the note.
