How to Reconcile Data in Summary of Care?

Users can ‘Reconcile’ patient data in ‘Incoming Referrals’. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Incoming Referrals’ screen.

Click on the required ‘Referral’.

The file name only appears once a ‘Summary of Care’ is added.

All the current ‘Medications’ and ‘Allergies’ are logged here.

Clicks on ‘Reconcile’.

Clicking the ‘Reconcile’ displays the ‘Reconciliation’ window.

The comparison between the diagnosis of both the providers is displayed here.

To continue medications, enable the respective checkbox and click on ‘Accept’.

Clicking on ‘Accept’ displays the medication or diagnosis in ‘Current’ section.

Here, user can either continue or delete drugs.
